Who We Are
MindEase Mental Health Services is an online mental health and wellbeing service based in County Mayo, Ireland, offering compassionate and culturally aware support to adolescents and adults aged 15 years and above.
We provide confidential online mental health support services in a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive environment where individuals can feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout their mental health journey.
