Tolulope’s journey into mental health advocacy began with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Psychology from Covenant University in Ota, Nigeria. It was here that she developed her core understanding of human behavior, mental processes, and the vital importance of culturally sensitive care.
Advanced Integrative Psychotherapy Training
Tolulope is currently expanding her clinical expertise at the Irish College of Humanities and Applied Sciences (ICHAS) at the Limerick campus. She is pursuing a Master’s degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy, focusing deeply on Integrative Modalities. This advanced training allows her to blend different therapeutic tools to create highly customized, person-centered care for every individual she supports.
Certified Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Practitioner
To provide practical, action-oriented mental health support, Tolulope earned a Professional Certificate in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) from IICP Dublin.
